As most of you know, I recently began working as an online health + wellness coach, partnering with Team Beachbody. But many of you still wonder what exactly it is that I do…
Basically, I help connect people with fitness programs that will work for them, introduce them to healthy eating and Shakeology, and run online challenge groups by offering encouragement, support, and inspiration.
In an effort to help people understand what I do, I’m offering everyone a glimpse into what a “challenge group” is. For 5 days, (most of my challenge groups are four weeks), you’ll have the opportunity to see how motivating group interaction can be. Plus, you’ll receive a meal plan for the week (including a grocery list) and simply commit to eating well, exercising, and drinking enough water.
I decided against calling it a “clean” eating challenge because, let’s be real, “clean” intimidates me too. There are of course varying definitions of “clean” but suffice to say, it does not just mean organic. Think completely “real” ingredient foods with little to no processing.
I’m just not quite there yet. And if you’re not there yet either, but you want to focus on eating well for 5 days (and get a few fitness tips and motivation along the way), here’s the perfect opportunity.
There are seriously no strings attached here. I just love what I’m doing, and want to share that with you all (even if you’re not ready to commit to a full month program).
Plus, if you sign up for this challenge, you’ll be rolled over into my “graduates” group…The Everyday Faith + Fitness Tribe, where you’ll have access to peer encouragement and accountability as long as you want it.
So, seriously, what are you waiting for? You can do anything for 5 days, right? And then, who knows, maybe something will stick, and you’ll look back on this moment and say, THAT is when I started my healthy lifestyle change.
Not because I felt shamed into doing so. Not because I desperately wanted to see a different reflection in the mirror. Not because I starved myself becoming unhealthy and irritable… But because I had a conviction in my heart that taking care of my body has been God’s plan all along.

I have cut out sugar in my diet, but not healthy carbs, for the month of February to see if it helps me fight mild depression. So this challenge comes at a good time for me! Thanks, Dawn.
