After sharing about the importance of quantity and timing of sleep, several people were searching for ways to find that sweet slumber. So I thought – “I’m a blogger now. I should host a giveaway. That’s what bloggers do, right?”
But first a few tips to consider:
1. Make sure the temperature is comfortable (Nothing like not being able to fall asleep because you’re sweating like a pig or shivering in your socks.)
2. Socks? To bed? Consider your clothing options as well. Bottom line: Be comfortable!
3. Try not to exercise right before bed. But if that’s your only time to exercise, that sort of puts you between a rock and a hard place. You have to decide which one is more important to you on that particular day.
4. Turn off electronics an hour before you want to sleep. (Remember, even artificial screen light affects your body).
5. Try to relax! Take a bath, stretch, meditate. Hey, maybe try the Timeless Relaxation Gel if you’re the winner of the giveaway!
