Just wanted to give you a proper greeting and a sincerest thank you for stopping by to check out Everyday Faith and Fitness. I know how overwhelming it can be to start sifting through a new website, so I just wanted to give you some tips and a little direction.

The Fitness Flower

First, the Rainbow Fitness Flower is my most basic representation of fitness – six overlapping petals of importance, stemming from the cross. There’s lots of really practical tips throughout those pages – including things I’m personally still working on! (Can you guess what the six petals are?)

Also, you can check out the “Why Everyday Faith and Fitness?” page. It gives you some really good background information to help you get to know me more – plus it has links at the bottom to some of my introductory posts that really tell the story behind my passions here.

Feel free to browse around. You can use the Categories drop down box on the left to sort through the blog if you’d like, or just zip around in chronological order.
